First OSU football game

We finally made it to an OSU football after 3 1/2 years of being in Columbus. We made it just in time. We went to the football game on Saturday and Kim gave birth to Madison on Monday. The game was a great experience. We have super seats for this season, so if anyone wants to head out here for a game, we'll save you a ticket. The band was amazing and OSU crushed the other team. It was really hot and Kim got pretty uncomfortable so we only stayed for the first half. It is amazing to see the crowds.

Hannah and Baby Madison

Hannah is such a great big sister. She loves to hold Madison and she spends a lot of the day doing just that. She is very gentle with her and loves having her in our home.

Baby Madison

Peter was able to deliver Madison. Here he is all suited up.
Madison weighed 8 lbs. 14 oz. and was 21 inches long
Katie loves her turns to hold Madison and throws fits if she has to share.
I loved this picture of Katie, so I had to post it!

a little update

The other day Parker crawled through the exersacuer.

I'm trapped
Does this sand taste good? It must because I sure liked to eat it.
crawling through the grass
My first art project. Dad is going to hang it up in his office at work.

Shawn calls this the dutch boy outfit. I think it is really cute.
My first carousel ride. I wasn't so sure about it at first but loved it.
Mom likes to dress me up. Today I have some really cute hat and froggy slippers.
Corn Yum Yum.
This is my new grin. I squint my eyes smiles and breath really fast through my nose. If you laugh I will keep doing it.
Parker is grwoing up so fast. Things he didn't use to like now he does such as grass. He also like bites of everything you have.

Look it fits me perfectly.
This is my new, I know I am cute grin. Mom and Dad always laugh when I do it, so I must be really funny- so I think I will keep doing it.
It's made for a dog, but since I love dogs I will just test it out.

Army crawler

Today I was trying to get ready for our morning walk and all of a sudden I hear screaming. Parker had crawled in the space between the couch and the loveseat and was stuck. He is also our little floor mopper. I didn't realize how dirty our linoleum got until Parker started crawling.

So I had to take a video of our army crawler. He is getting faster and now ventures into other rooms rather than the living room. Baby proofing has begun in our home. Parker always seems to find cords and things he probably shouldn't have.

If the video doesn't work on her- go to this site- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jKpu7o_bOlI

Labor day fun

Parker and our friend Miles. The toy car is in the pool and Parker and Miles decided to go for a ride.
Parker loved sitting in the car. He especially liked the pool. Soon I will have a video of Parker and his army crawl. He is getting faster. I can turn around for 2 mintues and come back in the room and sometimes I have to "search" for him. He can crawl under the coffee table, around the couch, everyday brings new laughs.

more pages

So I only have a couple of days left on my trial for photoshop elements so I needed to finish the pages that I have started. I have learned so much about digital scrapbooking in the past couple days. I like it because I don't have to pull out everything that I have to do a page and I don't have to get pictures printed, but I our digital pages will be on the computer for the time being because I can't find anywhere that will print a true 12X12 page. So after this next week I think i will be back to the regular scrapbook pages for the time being until my supplies run low- That might be a little while.

Parker moves

Parker has found he now can get all over the ground. He loves to play with the trash cans- so they get put up once he goes on the floor. He moves his arms forward and scrunches his legs up. It is really quite cute. But now I can't leave him in a room for 5 minutes by himself because you never know where he will be or what he is getting into.

Curtains are up

I had to throw the picture of Parker in. He sleeps in funny ways sometimes- but he is so cute. Now all the curtains in our house are up. Maybe I will get brave and put one in our bathroom. But first I think I should start/finish the quiet books kim and I started last summer.

Our Weekend

Last night we went to Alum Creek with 2 families from our ward. They both stayed to camp for the night. Peter was very excited that I felt too big to sleep on the ground right now, so we promised Hannah we'd put up the tent today and let her play inside. This morning we went to see the huge dinosaur at the car dealership by our house-we couldn't pass up the photo opportunity. Then we went to look at some model homes-no cost, fun entertainment for us. Hannah was pretty enthralled with all of the fake food on the tables. I'm sure she was hoping that some of it would be real!

digital scrapbooking

I have been looking into digital scrapbooking lately. It is becoming the new thing in our ward. I have to say, it took me about 45 minutes to do the page I did. It will take a long time to figure out exactly what I am doing, but I might start getting into this a little bit.

Hocking Hills

We went to Hocking Hills on Saturday with the Cripe Family. We had a lot of fun hiking through Old Man's Cave, Rock House, and some other trails.
